Yep. And here I thought the DML was just really slow today.
That'll learn me. ;-) Sorry about that - looks like the power went
out at the computer center today and the news server got out of
sync (history and active files did not agree with the spool, and
when that happens it rejects any new posts). I fixed the problem
though, and I populated the news server from the archives, so we
should be back on track.
