FWIW, my wife got stopped in Hanover Mass a couple of weeks ago and was issued
a written warning because the little LED lited washer squirters on her PT
Cruiser were blue. I had installed those almost a year ago and choose blue
because it matched the color of her car. After the warning I did some checking
and the regulation is only police can display a blue light.

Seems kind of anal that she got stopped for the LED's, no one would ever
mistake them for police lights but such is life. I had them wired to go on with
the lights and right now they are disconnected until I install a switch inside
the car.
