When I installed the Speed Scene inserts on my 99 Dakota I didn't want to get
involved cutting out the original insert so I installed the Speed Scene inserts
right over the orignal inserts. I would say that would be the prefered way
since the orginal inserts located the Speed Scene inserts perfectly.
