That's what it was on my '99. The "up" on the 4-lo was very slight. I
had the NV231HD in mine, with an automatic tranny. My '99 Dak was also
built in 3/99 (first couple days of the month, not far off from when Tim
Althoff's was built)
Your pattern looks more like my father's '00 Durango.
