I just read in my Stuff magazine a small ad for the 2005 Pontiac GTO.
 link: http://www.pontiac.com/gto/

How in the hell did they get a production 6.0L engine to produce 400HP / 400ft.lb ?

If look at some of the 360ci dyno numbers on the net (360c.i. = 6.0L ) ,
they usually are not even near these numbers for a completely stock engine.

even some heavily modified 360s dont produce those numbers!!!!

ex 1: 360 engine, 12.3-to-1 pistons, KRC 224/112 cam, M-1 4bbl, 1.6 Comp R.R
              = 364 HP/ 430 TQ ( see KRC page )

ex 2: 360 engine, 10-to-1 pistons, KRC 210/220 cam, M-1 2bbl, 1.6 Comp R.R
              = 304 HP/ 320 TQ ( see KRC page )

Sure is a nice car tho. Ooops, did I say that. heheehee.
