YYEEESSS!!

went to Richmond dragway this past Sunday. Man, I had forgotten how much fun
the strip is!

anyway, on to the juicy stuff:

first run:
rea. time ----- .2604
60ft ----- 2.25
330ft ----- 6.21
1/8 ----- 9.56 @ 73.41

1/4 ----- 14.88 @ 92.50

it was about 65 degrees and it was around 1:00-ish. I took off at about
1300rpm's. Spun a little, but came out strong. Shifted at 5100

2nd run:
rea. time ----- red light -.023
60ft ----- 2.25
330ft ----- 6.24
1/8 ---- 9.61 @ 72.85

1/4 ----- 14.97 @ 91.69

this one was around 3pm, a little warmer out and I had to wait longer in the
lane so the truck was warmer. I burned a little longer in an attempt to
launch at 2000 rpms, but I spun about the same so traction is definitely
gonna be a big issue as I mod the truck....

mods: 2000 CC R/T. K&N gen II, MP PCM, BFG G-Force T/A's in a 255/50 at
25psi (27" diameter)
Both runs are in full street trim.... tailgate up, spare on.

I'm stoked!!!! I thought I was gonna' run 15.3-ish..... I'll take 14.88 any
day over a 15.xx :):)
