Argh...

Ok, truck died about 100ft. from work last night. Pulled her back with
the tractor, checked for codes, code 54 came up, which says no camshaft
signal according to the secret decoder ring. You can smell fuel out the
exhaust when cranking, and while cranking, it will sometimes hiccup like
it is going to fire. Checked for spark and there doesn't even look like
there's any at the coil.

It has also been starting kinda wonky the past couple weeks. It's kinda
like it's begrudged to start, it'll kinda stumble to life instead of the
normal kick up to 1200rpm and back down. Thought it might be the IAC
motor, cleaned it off, but no change. Two days ago, it stumbled to
life, then kicked up to about 1500rpm, back down to almost nothing, I
gave it some throttle, back up to 1500, then I let it stall out. I
started it again, and it started fine. Once it's started, it runs
great, it's just the start.

Ideas are GREATLY appreciated.
