40%? You know what they say about if something looks too good to be true...
I'm skeptical. I see no actual test data on the site, and nothing
that'll correlate to real world results. If this were legit, he'd be
screaming it from the hilltops and publishing mounds of datea & test
results.
I'd also expect him to be licensing the patent to the automakers for
*millions*, this would bring their CAFE numbers way, way up and get
them selling trucks & SUVs to everyone because it'd be like dropping
gas back to under $1.50/gal (40% of $2.219 is $1.33).
I will give the benefit of the doubt and say "yep, there's probably
some improvement in there" but numbers that high I have trouble buying
into.
