Confirmed: Only 7 PSI Fuel Pressure

I've never been happier in my live to see low fuel pressure. I patched
in my other fuel pressure gauge - and that also reads 7 PSI... guess the
el-cheapo is a good one... I would have checked fuel pressure sooner -
except for the fact I had to mess with fuel lines and splice into them.
Why didn't anything think to build a test port into those TBIs??
