Magnum 360 first appeared in 1993 in Rams & vans...then in Dak R/T in 1998,
I believe. Never in any cars!

Yes.

Converter/flexplate bolt pattern changed in the mid-90s and 360s are
externally balanced while 318s are internally balanced. Balance weights
are typically on the 360 converter and MP has a package (P5249843) with
templates, for adding the weights to your current 318 converter. Since you
appear to have an APS converter already, you might double-check with APS to
confirm what you need. You should be able to use your current flexplate.

If the 360 you use doesn't have a fuel pressure reg on the driver's side
fuel rail then just use your current rails. You may also have to use your
injectors (or some new 21 lb) as newer 360s with a returnless system expect
higher pressure and use different type injectors. Your 318 PCM would work
but a '93 360 PCM would be better and is fully compatible with your 92
wiring. Everything else would be fine.

Magnum 360 = 245 hp/335 torque.....Magnum 318 = 230 hp/300 torque
