that is correct... if the PCM is shifting the gears. however, on the 46RH,
the H stands for Hydraulic. the transmission is hydraulically operated, so
the PCM isn't needed to shift the gears.

nnnnoooooooo!!! =) You have to get a PCM from atruck with the same tranny
setup as you are running. If you put a manual PCM in an auto truck it won't
shift into OD. That's why they have different part #'s

the external dimensions of the magnum 360 and 318 are identical. The ony
thing you'll need to change is the PCM. However, bear in mind that and 318
is internally balanced, and a 360 is EXternally balanced. This will effect
toraue converter selection. You have to get a converter that's setup for a
360. also, 360's run hotter for some reason. a 180 t-stat is almost a must.
