That's a good point. I don't know how the pedal switch is hooked
up, but it's *possible* that that switch is hooked straight to the
lamps. You should do some checking: get a volt meter and figure
out which way the switch works, then turn the hazards on and check
the switch again so see if there is a pulsing voltage on it in
sync with the flashing.
