Thanks all for the replies.
My memory must be running down :-( I could have sworn
that it used to show around 14 to 14.3 volts. It has not been
one of the readouts that I have recorded or paid particular
attention to.
I took readings at idle, around 650 rpm, with no load and with load.
I also took readings by taking rpm up to around 2000. Even
took readings with two different pcms.
Back to the trouble-shooting drawing board :-P
