My 99 manual page 8W-30-15 shows an orange wire on Connector C2 in position
31.
If this matches what you have, it is a 5V supply to the Auto Trans. It
feeds power to the Governor Pressure Sensor (grounded through C2-pin 29
Light Grn Red Stripe), and Temp sensor in the trans (grounded through C2
pin 1 Violet). See page 8W-31-2.
