Yup...the 4.0L TB is a few mm's bigger and bolts right onto the 2.5L.

The one thing that seemed to add the most change for cheap on my Jeep with
the 4.0L I6 was to bore out the throttle body. I had a local shop mill it
out for $30. I would assume that the 2.5 TB could be improved with a wider
TB bore as well.

When you run a four banger, any increase is better, a two horse power
increase is noticable on a 120 horse engine. So, what is something that will
actually work.
