Originally (as in factory) *all* Intrepids come from Brampton, Ontario, but
I'll assume you're interested in where it was first sold. I'm pretty sure a
Chrysler Intrepid would have been a Canadian model. If the dash cluster has
been changed and there are no dealer stickers left on it, the only other thing
I can think is to check the VIN history. Does it have a block heater? All
vehicles sold in Canada are required to have block heaters, although one could
have been installed on a US vehicle as well.

My '95 is a US spec model, but they made me put DRLs on it when I moved it to
Canada. They were wired up by a mechanic by just shorting the low beam switch
to something that comes on with the ignition. The real factory DRLs on the
2001 (and '98) run the high beams at 50% intensity. They also shut off when
the parking brake is engaged (at least, that's how they work on the Dakota).
On Norah's '95, the DRLs came on when the gear selector was moved out of park.
