Hmmm... IIRC the non-R/T Dakotas have a 118mph speed limiter, and the R/T's had a 125mph speed limiter. The reason why I say this is that this past Summer I had a Dak R/T messing with me on a stretch of Rt78, and once he hit about 125 I heard the limiter kick in(and the R/T promptly slowed down). Since I have an aftermarket PCM (AF/X Street/Strip from Howell Automotive) I have no speed limiter, and I easily walked away from the R/T.
