B&M Drain Plug Kit - $6.99 @ Jegs and probably at Autozone, Advance, Pep
Boys, etc. "Simply remove the pan once, drill a hole, bolt the B&M Drain
Plug Kit in, and eliminate messy oil splash forever. Non-magnetic."

No welding required. Works great! :-)
