I have those same symptons, and then some. I am gonna
be changing mine for the 2nd time since I've owned the
98 Dakota. I picked it up for $43.95 taxes and all.
Hopefully its that sensor plug and not whatever is
inside the differential that triggers is that needs
replacing.
