it is a stock short block out of a ram van. at the time it was a stock
rebuild but it has been sitting. and i havent taken it apart to look at it
since I was planning on making a 390.
I got the block from SCsilverdak on here. He can attest to the condition it
was when it left his house. ITs in the same condition.
