The 70-75 range works well for me. I'm not towing anything so I
shouldn't have any problems keeping that pace. We're looking at
approximatly 1100 miles from Chicago to Colorado Springs. Translates
into about 16 hours of driving. Thats possible in one day...in THEORY.
Do you plan to stop somewhere over night? Or do you plan to power nap
in the truck along the way? I had been pondering sleeping in the back
of the truck in a walmart parking lot somewhere to save on lodging
costs. But its like what - $40 a night at a best western or something?
I won't be saving that much cash. I don't mind doing the
nap-on-the-way thing if you want?
Walt? What are your travel plans?
