Hey, Joe...

<snip>Screwed up a plug wire while taking off the wires (plugs and wires
only had
around 10k miles on them) so now I need a suggestion for
 plug wires<snip>

I ran Magnecores on the DAKSY for prolly 60K before I figgered I'd change em
& she ran hreat...but as I recall they were rather costly, & ya hafta cut
your own lengths to fit & ya hafta crimp the ends on...
The set I'm running now I picked up at NAPA for about $36...

<snip> One thing, with the autolites how should the washers go on
the plug?... I went with smaller diameter figuring if it needed it
would seal up against the larger diameter<snip>

That's the way I do it...

<snip> I don't recall ever getting plugs before with the
washers dancing around loose in the box<snip>

Sometimes they vibrate off during transport...Or maybe the assemblyperson
just got lazy...

<snip> The old plugs still looked good but I was getting poor mileage,
the old plugs were NGKs any thoughts on those<snip>

Nope. Never used em...BUt I'm sure somebody else has...
