If you're motivated and have a few hours and $20 to spare, you can recover
your entire headliner.

Most fabric stores will have foam-backed fabrics for this specific purpose,
just look around. Pick up some 3M Super 77 (I think) or other spray adhesive
too.

After you pull the headliner down, be sure to get all the old stuff off, the
headliner is just a piece of cardboard. Then cut your fabric to size with
about a 1" overhang. Spray everything with the adhesive and stick them
together. It should take about an hour to dry.

Reverse the removal procedures and you're done.
