'92 headliner repair?

I noticed back at the beginning of the year that the cloth headliner was failing to stick
to the backer board in a few places. Mainly around the rear window area.

I searched the DMLA but saw nothing about this. Does anyone know how to repair the
headliner? Does someone make a repair kit?

I thought perhaps a syringe filled with some epoxy might work. I could poke tiny (
un-noticable? ) holes with the syringe into the headliner and squeeze out some epoxy.
