Been there, done that, didn't like it. I moved from Utah to Toronto in July
of '97 in my '95 Dak that doesn't even have air conditioning. Norah flew out
and drove back with me. The heat was miserable. Neither of us are very heat
tolerant, I'm afraid. Even the (short-hair) cat was panting, we had to keep
squirting water in to his mouth with a squirt gun (cats evolved in Africa,
they usually don't mind the heat).

That truck is white, I've noticed that the black one just gets that much
hotter in the summer sun. Plus, I would prefer to keep the engine and
transmission cooler by not towing the trailer during the hottest part of the
day.
