Eh? I guess it depends on what part of I-80 you're looking at, but
according to my map, just west of the OH/PA border, I-80 becomes a toll
road and it stays a toll road all the way through Ohio and Indiana, then
becomes free again just east of Chicago. It does join up with 90 through
most of Ohio and Indiana to become 80/90, so I guess maybe you are
considering that stretch to be 90? Whatever the case, that particular
section of I-80 is most definitely a toll road through most of those 2
states.
