  Yep, 80 is free and 76 is a toll road until it hits 80, then 80
becomes a toll road, and 76 goes along its merry way as a free road,
then a little later, toll road 80 bangs into free 90, and suddenly
90 becomes a toll road. Its like some sort of virus that's contracted
by contact... I guess that's what happens when interstates share
dirty interchanges? :-)
