I'd say the alignment is still off.
Sound to me like it's toed in.
Have you jacked the front end off the ground and wiggled the tires side to
side and up and down?
You might have a bad wheel bearing.
Also try jacking up one tire and try to wiggle the one tire off the ground.
If the tierod ends are bad you can tell that way. I forget which year they
went to rack and pinon you migh have slop in the rack. Does the truck feel
tight when you turn the steering wheel back and forth?
