"that's why "they" say to buy gas in the morning"

The only thing I heard is not to buy gas in the heat of the day. They
claim that more gas is lost due evaporation by the heat and it causes
more air pollution, smog or ozone. From my understanding is that the
pumps composite for changes in the tempusure and pump a gallon (liter)
for a gallon (liter) at any temp.

 Just my 42 cents worth.
