   Confirmation:

   I just picked up a copy of the January 2007 edition of 4wheel drive and
sport utility Magazine. On pages 38-41 there is a spread of an '04
rubicon that has had a HEMI transplant with a 45RFE mated to the NV241OR
Rock-Trac 4:1 transfer case.

  So, the answer is yes, an NV241OR transfer case will bolt up to a 45RFE
transmission.
