Just FYI...a fully charged battery should read close to 13v. Your charging
system, above idle, should be putting out around 13.5v. You can check that
with a meter at the battery as well. Perhaps your battery just won't hold
a full charge or the truck isn't driven often/far-enough to keep it charged?

A service tech friend of mine says the majority of poor running/stalling
complaints he sees are solved by a new battery. These OBDII PCM's are
really fussy about battery voltage.
