Hello

Just my 2 cents - never ever ever use paypal. I opened an account to pay for a 20 dollar item on ebay. Within 3 days I almost lost $2700 and one guy was going for a second time. Thankfully my credit union took care of this issue.

Either way, they need to own up to it and just return your money if they can't provide the product. With over 700 items sold, I can't believe they haven't done that already.
