Just an FYI - you don't want to go through the paypal/ebay process
and institute a chargeback with your credit card at the same time since
one will invalidate the other. Since the grace period for the credit
card is longer, you should probably go the ebay/paypal route first and
if that doesn't work out, you can institute a chargeback later. Or
institute a chargeback right away and don't go the paypal/ebay route
if you prefer, but doing both at the same time will basically cancel
the ebay/paypal investigation.
