I've done a fair amount of business with Harbor Freight and have been
pleased ... I also know what to expect going in.

I bought the sliding compound miter saw for my shop there for $99.00.
The same saw from the big names would be $300-$400 more. The saw does
everything the more expensive saws do and it was accurate right out
of the box. I wouldn't expect it to hold up if I were using it
several hours a day. I use it, maybe, an hour or two a week. Same
with the dust collector, battery charger and a number of hand tools.
