So anyone else feel like adding anything to that? I've done zero
exhaust experimentation on my own so I'm hoping to get feedback from you
guys out there who have more experience with exhaust

I'll add my $.02 worth. If you keep the stock size pipe, you'll have a bit
more bottom end, which is better for around town driving. Going bigger will get
you more on top, but lower end will suffer a bit. Learned this on my old '01
QC 4x4 Dak. My suggestion? Depends on your driving. Just around town, not a
lot of hot rodding, the 2.5" will work fine. Just get a good high flowing
muffler for it. Here's something I don't get, all the aftermarket companies are
making exh kits for my '06 Ram Cummins. 4" kits are a few hundred bucks. What
folks DON'T know is that the diesels COME WITH 4" exhaust all the way back.
I just added a muffler and left it at that, saving $$ for future mods. It
cost me only $685 to knock more than 2 seconds off my 1/4 mile time, if I can
only get this think to hook up, it will be awesome! 2.7 60' time and still just
about 100 mph in 14.9 sec 1/4 mile tells me a lot more is on tap.....

be finished by next month!
