It can be...but the 45/545RFE transmissions use their own TCM (Transmission
Controller) - built into the PCM. Check the fluid leverl first.

Isn't that a classic sign of the electronic lockup torque converter not
unlocking. It is controlled by a
magnetic solenoid I thiik, and controlled by the PCM.. ??
