Could be a little of all those things really. Have you ever flushed out
your radiator? Just asking...I just replaced my radiator in my 98 but I am
just running a BM 150 fan and its doing just great, it has not been past 210
yet.

Subject: DML: Getting Hot

My '96 318 water temp gauge has recently been hanging around the mid point
and slightly higher when idling for more then a couple minuets. The
radiator is full so I assume the thermostat is stuck, the fan clutch is bad,
clogged radiator or the water pump itself but it sounds normal and not
leaking.
How would I check these things out?

Thanks,
James
