How are you turning the fan off at those speeds?

I have my viper fan to turn off at about 30-mph and back on at about
15-mph. Thats with the A/C on. fan will stay on at any speed if the
engine calls for it. Thats a safety override! Works fine with this set
up in the hot TX summers.
