5-Star is a rating system...nothing else. Getting shafted (as claimed)
doesn't require anything else but bad service writers/manager and poor parts
department.

5-star simply means that they know how to shaft customers well. i got bad
service from a "5-star", but went to my usual dealership, that isn't 5-star,
and got better service.
