Sounds good to me, that's about what I got my '06 for, $7k off sticker, nerf
bars and Mopar bed liner for free (truck had it but I didn't want them,
dealer told me to just keep it and they'll eat it) and half dealer hold back,
they let me take all my mods off my old truck (the mods that didn't work I made
about $1500 selling) AND 1.9% interest for the term of the loan. Mine was a
few bucks cheaper than yours to start with, mine was $42k on the sticker.
