High speed works off a different circuit than the lower speeds, but as Rick
said, problem is still probably the same place.

the problem is with the lower settings not working and the high working. I
checked the fuse. I hope its the blower resistor block because that sounds
easy to fix, but if the high setting doesn’t work and the lower settings do,
wouldn’t that indicate the prob is somewhere else?
