Never having done this [and I did not stay in a holiday inn last night]
I am wondering where you find 1/2" grade 8 bolts with a 1/16" head
offset? I use 1/2" coarse thread bolts for all of the targets I build,
and every 1/2" bolt I have used had a 3/4" hex head, a 1/2" carriage
head, or a 7/16" allen socket. Finding bolts with such small heads
would save me alot of grinding on some of my target stands, so give up
the source.... ;-)
