Cut the head of the bolt off, heat up the bushing, pull it out, insert a new
bushing (dealer item) with an epoxy.

Subject: DML: HO Manifold Problem
I bought an HO manifold with a TB attached, for a mere
$55.00......
I was taking the TB off of the manifold, when the
upper right bolt started getting hard to turn, and
then it just started spinning.
Looking more closely at the bolt, I found that the
bushing (that is set into the plastic mounting area on
the manifold) is just spinning in place.
Any ideas what I can do to save it, get the bolt out,
and make the bushing stop spinning?
Thanks for any and all info!
Kyle
