Well I guess the intake manifolds are the same:

Take from the WJ website:
Standard 4.7L V8:
P/N 53013403AC (2004)

HO 4.7L V8:
P/N 53013403AC (2004)

My 2004 Dakota:
P/N 53013403AD

2004: HO Manifold P/N 53013403AC is superseded by HO
Manifold P/N 53013403AD. Very slight non-performance
changes from 2003 version. Used in both standard 4.7
and 4.7 HO engines for model year 2004.

Well, that just saved me some time, money, and
effort!!

Now time to verify if the cams will be different.....
