You'll either have a O2 heater wire shorted (voltage or ground) or just a
bad O2 sensor. You can check the resistance of the wire from the O2
connector to the PCM - shouldn't be more than 5 ohms max. If it is, it's a
wiring issue...if it's not, O2 sensor.
