I've been reading a lot about this. Like 2 oz. per 10 gallons
is the apparent consensus. <<

I've tried it in several of my different engines. The only engine
that it seemed to help @ all was a Cub Cadet with a 23hp
Kohler engine. It nearly always would backfire just after
shutdown when it was hot. After I started using the acetone,
it doesn't do it. I quit using it for a couple of tanks and it
started right back backfiring upon shutdown. I now use it
faithfully in the Cub. Did not improve gas mileage in any
of the vehicles I tries it in.

I was always taught to respect my Elders,
but I find it harder and harder to find an
ELDER!!
