There are several of them on eBay starting around $56, so that price is
about right. Amazon is probably more trustworthy (not to mention
cheaper shipping), although I've never had any problem with eBay.

There are also other brands of OBD readers on eBay starting around $25
(for example, http://tinyurl.com/38v6wr). There are plenty of them
there, so if you wanted to take your time to investigate the features
there's no hurry.
