ok, so its not fixed. it still leaks. i will settle up with my mechanic later.
Gonna handle this repair myself. ( yes, i should have done this in the first place )
Seems wet at base of dipstick tube. And the tube seems to be a tad loose where enters
the case.
Right now I need to know how do I replace the tiny o-ring at the base of the dipstick
tube.
I found the o-ring for just $ 0.11 at rockauto.com
Parhaps someone can double-check my part number: O-Ring #52107671
Since I cant wait for rockaout to send I just go to stealership and get it.
What I am worried about is having something ( dirt ) fall into hole when I remove the
tube.
