Wouldnt be too hard now that I think about it - you could get some poly
cab mounts from whatever application and shave and cut them as
necessary. Gut the old mount... install the new custom sliced poly
bushing... put the center sleeve in the middle, and use a 1/4 inch thick
"washer" or soemthing, to keep the bushing in... run a bead of weld
around the rim to hold it all in.

If thats not really clear I could illustrate my hair brained idea if you
like...
