BBQ and NE/eastern NY convoy potential

When is the BBQ? I think I'd like to try and make it this year......

I'll be heading west from the Providence area, wondering if anybody
also on the way would like to convoy out? I've got a pair of those
little
radios to maintain contact on the way......

Also what is firearms policy? I've got some I could bring out for
target shooting if desired....
